In-Home Service
ShippingFreeFurniture.com provides you a period of one year, in-home service for repair or replacement of defective items which were paid for delivery. This program provides in-home coverage for a one (1) year manufacturer warranty period from the date of possession of the original purchase.
One (1) Year Warranty
-Within a one year period from the date of possession of the original purchase, ShippingFreeFurniture.com warrants to the original purchaser that we will conduct repairs on any defect in workmanship without any charge under normal use and care. The item will be replaced with the same or comparable merchandise if it can't be repaired to factory specifications. Clearance merchandise; defects and damage resulting from abuse, fire, water, negligence, soiling, or improper cleaning; wear and tear such as fading, tearing, shrinking; softening of seat cushions and pillows are not included in this warranty.
Manufacturer's Warranty
-In addition to ShippingFreeFurniture's warranty, some manufacturers offer a warranty on their product. In order to obtain service, or to inquire about part(s) or product replacement(s) under warranty, please contact the store, we will assist you in coordinating service. The manufacturer warranty does not include labor. You will be responsible for any associated service call fees and transportation costs.
Any warranty offered by the Manufacturer is direct from the Manufacturer and not ShippingFreeFurniture.com.
Your original receipt is required for all warranty, claims and repair services.
Your purchase from ShippingFreeFurniture.com and these terms are governed by the laws of the state of the store in which you purchased your merchandise.
